I am JoAnn Gandy and I'm thrilled to help you with any and all of your real estate needs. I have wanted to be a real estate agent for years, and after some encouragement from friends, I set myself on the path to a new career!

 

I dedicated myself to pursuing real estate, despite the hectic life of having 3 young children. The excitement of a new journey and the persistence behind a dream pushed me forward. Once receiving my license, I chose a brokerage and quickly jumped into my new role!

 

My overall outgoing nature and genuine care for people and putting others before myself makes me the best agent for your real estate needs. I have a special place in my heart for those who serve our community, as my husband is a Sheriff Deputy for the Midland County Sheriff’s Office. Being a Permian Basin native, I love sharing my local knowledge as well as my love for everything house related! From floor plans to design and decor and all the character in between, I truly enjoy helping people make a house their home.

 

In addition to my passion for people who serve our community, I also care deeply for single moms or people who may need a little extra time or “hand holding” throughout the home buying/selling process. To me, it’s a challenge that is worth the reward. I pride myself on taking one day at a time and enjoying time with my loved ones. When I'm not working, you can find me around a card table playing Phase 10 or Uno with my family or gaining a different habit by learning something new! You may be surprised to find out that I am also bilingual and love helping Spanish speaking people with their real estate needs. I look forward to my journey with you!
