Born and raised in Midland, Texas, Heather Harrell brings deep local roots and a lifelong connection to real estate. A graduate of Greenwood High School, she is also a proud mom of two daughters who attend Greenwood—keeping her closely tied to the community she serves.

 

Heather’s real estate journey began early, working in a real estate office and gaining firsthand experience in the industry from the ground up. With a mother who is a seasoned Realtor and time spent as an Executive Assistant to one of Midland’s top-producing brokers, she has developed a strong foundation in operations, client service, and transaction support.

 

Her passion for real estate is matched by her patience, organization, and determination—qualities that make her an invaluable resource to both clients and agents alike.

 

Today, Heather proudly serves as the Licensed Executive Assistant and Office Manager for Pine & Beckett, Realtors, where she plays a key role in supporting the brokerage’s day-to-day operations and delivering a seamless experience behind the scenes.

 

When she’s not working, Heather enjoys camping and spending quality time with her family.
