Rosas New Homes, LLC was founded in 2006. Our founder and owner has been involved in residential construction for more than 30 years. He began his career as a mason slowly, developing his skills and reputation until he became known as one of the best masons in the Midland-Odessa area. In 2006 the founder decided to build his first home. As time progressed, he continued building homes offering the opportunity to create and construct something unique for every customer. Together our team specializes in bringing quality control and attention to detail to every home we build.
