With almost 15 years of experience as a Realtor and a Broker, Dawn has lived in the Permian Basin off and on since 1985.  An entrepreneur, business owner and investment property owner, Dawn has detailed experience in all facets of real estate transactions and strategies.  Up markets or distressed markets, Dawn is able to navigate and simplify all the steps of the complex real estate transaction.  Dawn’s military family background trained her in discipline, integrity, commitment and attention to detail.

Dawn holds 4 designations including ALHS (Accredited Luxury Home Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) and HAFA.  Dawn is also a member of 2 MLS Boards.  Dawn is licensed in Texas and California.
