Pacer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Angelo State University, where he was also a proud member of the track and field team. His life in athletics has instilled the values of hard work, perseverance, and unwavering commitment—qualities he carries into every aspect of his real estate career.

Raised all around West Texas, he developed a deep appreciation for the region’s unique culture, communities, and lifestyle. Local knowledge, combined with a fresh approach to marketing and a genuine passion for helping others, allows Pacer to deliver a high level of service and tailored guidance to each client.

Outside of real estate, he enjoys staying active, creating memories with family and friends, or diving into a woodworking project.
