Teresa has more than forty years of managing the office business for her husband, Darwin and son, Ryan’s electrical and building construction companies; Teresa decided to put her knowledge of the home market and Midland in general to assist those looking to relocate across the Country, State or just across town in purchasing their homes and making this wonderful West Texas city their hometown.

Teresa wanting to gain in-depth market knowledge with a strong educational foundation, she has earned these designations. GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), SRS (Sellers Representative Specialist) Also she is a New Construction Specialist.

Teresa loves working with the first-time home buyers, finding their first home or building their “dream” home. She loves working with Pine & Beckett, the people there are fun to work with, also the knowledge/experience of the Brokers & agents are the best out there!

Teresa loves spending time with her grandchildren. She is a member of Crestview for many years and currently teaches Sunday school, on the finance committee, volunteers for events and mission opportunities. Teresa is a Country woman, she has Roxy a horse, the horses best friend Luther the goat, and two dogs that aren’t much of the working kind but loveable. For more than forty-six years, she is married to an avid hunter and outdoors man. She loves to bake, read, go boating while the hubby fish, and traveling to play with grandchildren!

She has helped many of her friends and family members that are retiring and moving out of town. Acquaintances to be new friends and new owners to “love” their home in West Texas.
